On Earth - Breathe

Tycho - Sunrise Projector

Released back in 2004, I have come back to this time and time again. Finding the perfect blend of individuality between each track and cohesion as an overall work, you can feel the love Scott Hansen has put into this release. Irresistable melodies and at times downright groovy, it's as if Boards of Canada had a baby with some sunshine. Have a listen and let the good vibes wash over you.

Belong - October Language

A simply stunning release, languid strokes of Tim Hecker esque ambience. Each track unfolds, builds and gradually degrades, drawing you so deep you don't realise until it ends and you are left dazed and reeling, wondering where you have just been.

Julianna Barwick - Florine

The word unique is thrown around a lot, but this release is one of the few that can truly claim to be so. Julianna, using almost solely her stunning, malleable voice has created a hauntingly beautiful piece of work the likes of which you wont hear anywhere else. Ambient textures, tinted with shades of indie-pop and touches of ethereal weirdness throughout, please give this release a go for the experience if nothing else.
